Parents, please see below for your players work out time. When you arrive for your players’ workout you will need to check in with the registrar to get your players’ number. The registrar will be located next to the snack bar. We understand this is a last minute change so if you are unable to make the player workout, please complete the player information form using the following link so the managers can draft based on the players skill level: https://forms.gle/qyDWSPiJXxwisfnt5

Evaluation Format:
-Players will be broken into 4-6 groups depending on number of players
-Coach’s players will be separated for independent evaluation (coach’s players that do not show up will automatically become the highest ranked, loss of #1 or next highest pick)
-Hour 1 will be defense, broken into 5-6 stations, each group will have 8-12 minutes per station
-Hour 2 will be offense, broken into 5-6 stations, each group will have 8-12 minutes per station
-Any player that does not attend evaluations is required to provide a player profile. If the family does not provide a player profile the player will automatically become a blind pick for the later rounds. This is to maintain the integrity of the draft and keep the teams as balanced as possible. This is youth baseball and we ask that managers and coaches play fair and don’t try to mess with the system.
