What is it?

RPYB offers a Fall Instructional League from September through November.  This is a SUNDAY ONLY league due to other sports leagues using our fields during this time of year.  Because the league is limited to Sundays, the league will consist of low-key practices and fun scrimmages between RPYB teams and other local leagues.  This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and sharpen existing skills in a less competitive environment than the regular spring season.  Because the league's activities are limited to Sundays, this will not conflict with most other fall sports.

When is it?

The league starts in September and ends before Thanksgiving (exact Sunday dates will be announced before the season starts)

Where is it?

All practices will be held at RPYB's home fields at Whitney Park.  Some scrimmage games may be held at neighboring leagues' fields.

How much is it?

Fall Instructional League costs $60 per player.  This fee includes a Fall Instructional League shirt, cap, and game costs. The fee will apply to the majority of registered players.

Local high schools can also enter the program for $10 per player since their practices and games are directed by the school coaches.  High School teams must enroll with RPYB in order for their players to register, so please do not register for this option unless your child was invited to do so by a high school coach.

How are teams formed?

Teams will be formed by the league based on registration numbers.  Further information on teams will be announced at a later date.

How do I register?

All Fall Ball registrations will be online.  To register, click on the online registration option on the RPYB homepage.  No paper registrations will be processed for this league.

Please note that this League is limited to Sundays ONLY.  This is due to our field use agreement with the city as we share the facility with both local football and soccer.  This league is very different from our regular Spring recreation season, but we have received many positive reviews over the past few years.
